‘I CAN’ Meditate
So why aren’t we all totally proficient and at bliss with meditation already ?!
It’s like riding a bike or ‘it should be’… it’s so natural to navigate and control our ‘mental states’
There has been so much talk about meditation
I have had countless questions lately about how to and “can you help me meditate and is it good for xxz“
and I’ve heard too many statements “I can’t get the hang of it…so I gave up!”
Let’s face it, giving up doesn’t usual pay off does it?!
Seriously who were the idiots that brainwashed us all into their system and out of our own natural systems?..
If you are not meditating yet…trust me you are missing out !
I honestly don’t think I know a strong influential person that’s made it ‘big time’ or that has reached a level of consciousness ~ where it radiates that they have ‘made it’ in some massive way anyway’ … that doesn’t meditate in some way!
The celebs are doing it and your doctor can’t rave about it enough, basically you feel everyone could be at it … but you!
Because somewhere down the line at some point it just hasn’t worked for you or you haven’t tried it properly yet … we’re too brainwashed into thinking it was all woo woo and you you you, so it’s weak, and lame, and non productive, and ineffective, and unimportant etc you get the picture…but it’s absolutely totally the opposite …
learning to meditate and developing your practice shows dedication, builds strength, is empowering, enlightening, increases productivity and is extremely important if you ask a Buddhist monk or Bill Gates, Michael Jordan, Clint Eastwood, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Paul McCartney, Ariana Huffington to name but a global few.

It’s in your head
And it’s all about your consciousness
And well, I love everything to do with our consciousness, to be conscious is to be alive, awake … with degrees of sleep and wake throughout our entire existence ….
to navigate the expanse of this consciousness is to ultimately LIVE life…
When we only see one way and operate in one mindset, we cheat ourselves of the full capacity of our human capabilities… when we delve deeper into a way of thinking and being that is not taught in childhood education (sadly) and we explore parts of our body and mind… learning to listen to our self… our inner self, our higher self, we experience life differently, with a different pallet, a wider perspective that allows us to vibrate in this earth as we were meant to! To learn to develop to grow to nurture to nourish to love to lead …
and to leave our unique imprint
We are developed to only think one dimensionally, we go to school maybe to college, get a job, raise a family and die happy and hopefully not in poverty after working all our life.
This is life.
When we are children our mind is open !
Then, something’s begin to close it and train us for a stereotypical lifestyle …
Our natural resources need to be nourished, nurtured, and needed. They are there for us, primarily. Many religions and cultures practice meditation in their forms of prayer. Yet so many of us skip it or don’t quite value the concept …
Some things ‘should’ be Second nature and instinctual again so that you have the inner resources you need as and when you need them …
