What do you get out of over/under eating? Which is the most important meal of your day? Why is it the most important meal of the day? Why do you want to change now? Do your friends over/under eat? Do members of your family have issues around food/eating? Do people where you work have issues of this nature? Think very carefully about this question…is this the right time or a good time to get control and resolve any issues around food? Are you sure? If so why?.. Have you tried other plans/diets and strategies to gain control of your weight before? When was this abs how long did it last?.. Do you have stress, fears or worries about gaining control of your weight? Are you being completely honest with yourself ? Is this the right time for you to resolve your issues around food/eating? Have you overcome any other habits? How? I would like for you to explain to me in as much detail, what happens to you when you get the urge to overeat or eat the wrong things ~ or starve yourself? ~ I would be interested to know how your body feels your mouth your stomach your back…your hands?.. what comes to mind?.. If there is a part of you that wants to be unhealthy and go against what you truly want … what part would you give it out of 100%?.. What part would you give the part that wants to feel in control and free? How long will you have to look different and behave differently until you realise you have changed and are free to take control and manage your weight and decisions?!.
